I once drove 12 hours to meet a guy who I'd never met before; we met and fell in love immediately. I remember him telling me on the second night together that he loved me, and feeling the exact same way back. To say what we had was intense would be an understatement; we were two of the most hot-headed, strong-willed, and heavy-hearted people to have ever come across each other & our relationship was nothing but the personification of that. I miss it occasionally. But I digress, this is a song about that time.
